 On Jan.22,2018, a line of four people from Beijing Zhonglian Tianrun Certification Center (ZLTR) came to our company to implement the ISO9001:2015 quality management system certification and audit. The experts had made a careful  examination from 8 aspects.

1, QMS: quality management system and its process, guidelines, quality objectives, responsibilities and authorities, communication, resources support, performance evaluation and continuous improvement.

2, EMS: environmental management system and scope, environmental policy, environmental objectives and measures to achieve goals, post responsibilities, environmental factors, compliance obligations and evaluation, information exchange, document information, operation planning and control, emergency preparation and response;

3, OHSMS: General requirements, guidelines, goals and plans, resources, roles, responsibilities, responsibilities and powers, risk sources, compliance obligations and evaluation, communication, participation and consultation, documents, operation control, emergency preparation and response;

4, if we claim that the content is not applicable, we need to confirm it.

5, legal status and relevant qualification on-site verification, state supervision and spot checks, implementation of laws and regulations, standards, etc.

6, organize a serious accident and disposal within a year.

7, the above 1-4 should be combined with the functions of all departments, audit and collect audit evidence at the scene audit.

8, supervision / re certification should be reviewed for the use of certification certificates and signs, the last tracking of corrective measures, customer complaints, and significant changes in the recent cycle.

After a day of stressful and orderly work, the expert group agreed that the quality awareness of our staff, the advanced production equipment, the human resources guarantee, the documents formulated by the Department are suitable and operable, which conform to the ISO9001 quality certification requirements. The expert group agreed to our department through this examination and audit.
